Video Tutorial: Making A Framed Card with Partial Die Cutting with Gerda Steiner Designs Bats
Today I am featuring the Gerda Steiner Designs Bats 4x6 Clear Stamp Set and coordinating dies set. This set includes five main stamps - three bats, a spider, a web, as well as a couple of accessory stamps for creating a background and several phrase builders. This set is very good for friendship and love cards.

I Bat You Don't Know.....

Hello And Happy Monday Crafty Friends!  Tina here from Cards & Coffee Time. I have a fun project to share with you using the Bats! Stamp set along with the Coordinating Dies.  I am just bats about the smile faces on these cute critters!!!  You ever see a stamp set and every time you look at it...it makes you smile?  That is what this set does every time:) I created a background with shimmer powders and finished the sentiment on the inside the card along with a few of the bat silhouette images.  I stamped on black card stock but no worries, a white gel pen works perfect for your message.

You can watch how I created this card below.  I hope you had a fantastic weekend and your week is off to a crafty start!  Thanks for stopping by!

VIDEO Shaker Spider featuring Bats Halloween

Hi guys!  It's Tara and I am so incredibly excited to be sharing the first installment of my Handmade Halloween 2016 video series with you today!  And it's featuring the amazing Bats Halloween stamp set from Gerda Steiner Designs!  I have been looking forward to doing this series again since it ended last year so I really hope you enjoy it!

For this card I wanted to create a fun shaker card using the super spooky sweet spider from the stamp set.  I have a fabulous spider web stencil that I just knew would go great with him!  I also just picked up the new Doodlebug release and was itching to use the uber cool enamel dot eyeballs that matched the Boos and Brews paper pad! And as luck would have it, the eyeballs fit perfectly on this little spider guy!

I had such a blast combining lots of spooky Halloween themed elements to complete this project!  I'll be honest, this is a little busier than I usually like my cards but man did it turn out fun!  And all of the iridescent sequiny goodness filling the shaker window  just completed the whole design!

Thanks so much for stopping by! See you all next time!  Bye!

VIDEO: Creating a Moonscape featuring Bats Halloween

Hi there, all!  It's Tara and today I am so excited to be sharing a project using the brand new Gerda Steiner Designs Bats Halloween stamp set!  I am super stoked for fall and Halloween - it is my absolute favorite time of year and the best time to make cards!!  When I saw this new set I did a happy dance!  These bats are so adorable and I love that there are sentiments for occasions other than Halloween!

For this project I wanted to try my hand at a nighttime moonscape.  I have never attempted to create the light glow around the moon and though it looked like fun!  Turns out, it wasn't as tricky as I anticipated!  I like when that happens!

Once my night scene was created a I used Distress Inks to watercolor the moon to add some texture.  Using the same technique I colored in the adorable little bat!  I added a sentiment with some Liquid Platinum embossing powder (this color is divine!) and this card was done!!

Thank you all so much for stopping by! I'll see you again soon!  Bye!
