Hoppiness is ...... - Larissa

 

Hi everyone, I am Larissa from Car-d-elicious and today it is wednesday and it is my turn again to post a card on the blog from Gerda Steiner designs. This time I have made a card with the clear stamp set Hoppiness from Gerda Steiner designs. I have stamped the bunnies and then I coloured them with my Polychromos pencils, the black glaze pen and a white gelpen. I have cut all the images with the Hoppiness matching dies from Gerda Steiner designs. 

I have cut a frame from kraft cardstock with the Block die rectangle (MFD127) from Nellie Snellen. I have cut the same frame 3 times from black cardstock with the same die. I have glued all the frames on top of each other and then I glued them on black cardstock and then I glued everything on a white card. I have cut the same frame from white cardstock and I used the inner part of this frame. I have coloured those rectangles and squares with Picked raspberry, Dried marigold, Spiced marmelade, Carved pumpkin, Squeezed lemonade, Mustard seed, Twisted citron, Mowed lawn and Mermaid lagoon Distress ink and then I glued them all inside the frame. I used foamtape to glue all the images on the card. I added 3 puffy heart stickers and decorated the card also with black hotfix gems.

The sentiment is also from the stamp set Hoppiness from Gerda Steiner designs. I have stamped it with Versafine clair nocturne ink and then I embossed the sentiment with clear embossingpowder.

Go wild! - Larissa

Goodmorning! Today it is my turn again to post a new card on the blog from Gerda Steiner designs. This time I have made a large birthday card and I used 3 stampset from Gerda Steiner on it.

From the set Go wild from Gerda Steiner designs I have used the images of the giraffe, elephant and the vulture. I used all animals from the stampset Party animals from Gerda Steiner designs. They are the lion, crocodile, ostrich, gorilla and the rhinoceros. From the stampset Hoppiness from Gerda Steiner designs I only used the image of the little bird. I stamped all images on masking paper and the I have fussy cut them all. With the help of the masks I stamped all the animals on the white cardstock. Then I ahev coloured all the images with my Polychromos pencils and the black glaze pen. I have put the masks back again on all the animals and started on the background. With the Mini cloud edges stencil from My favorite things and Broken china distress ink I made some clouds in the sky. I have used the Grassy edges stencil from My favorite things and Mowed lawn distress ink to make the grass. I have stamped a sentiment from the set Go wild from Gerda Steiner designs on the card. Then I pierced little holes in the image panel and added stitching with white embroidery thread. I glued the panel with foamtape on a kraft card.

Easter Lambs Tag and Card...

 Hi,

Its Hazel from Didos Designs here with a cute wee Peeking Easter Friends Tag and Card to share.

I made these for my sons girlfriends birthday this week even though they are Easter images, you can use them all year round!! They are sooo cute!!! They are really versatile as you can see from my creations.

I have added the great wee picket fence from the Hoppiness Stamp Set and also on the card the butterfly and hearts from the same set.

For my colouring I have used cotman watercolour paints. I fussy cut the animals and popped them where I thought they would like to peek out from. You can buy the dies for this set here though to save on the cutting out.

Gerda Steiner designs - More Spring bunny friends - Larissa

Goodmorning everyone, I am Larissa from Car-d-elicious and I have a new post for you. Today I am posting a tag that I made for the Monthly challenge from Gerda Steiner designs. This month you have to make a card with the image Spring bunny friends from Gerda Steiner designs. If you buy this image and enter a card in the challenge, you automatically get next months image emailed to you.

I have coloured the image Spring bunny friends from Gerda Steiner designs with my Polychromos pencils, the black glaze pen and a white gelpen. Then I have fussy cut the image. With the Large labels from Leane creatief I have die-cut 2 labels from pink and white cardstock. On the white tag I made a background for the image with the Drifts & hills stencil from My favorite things and Mowed lawn distress ink. I added clouds with the Mini cloud edges stencil from My favorite things and Tumbled glass distress ink. Then I adhered the bunnies with foamtape on the tag. I stamped a sentiment from the stampset Hoppiness from Gerda Steiner designs above the image. I stamped a little butterfly from the stampset Hello spring from Gerda Steiner designs, coloured it and then I fussy cut it. I have adhered it with foamtape above the sentiment. I used a hole punch to make a little hole in the tag and then I tied white ribbon through it.

Hoppiness little valentine notes - Larissa

Goodmorning, I am Larissa from Car-D-elicious and  today I am posting a new project on the blog from Gerda Steiner designs.

I made 4 tiny cards, that you can use to let someone know that you are thinking about him/her. The front of the card is 6,5 by 6,5 cm, so really tiny.

I have made the cards with a couple of images from the stampset Hoppiness from Gerda Steiner designs. I stamped 4 different bunnies and then I coloured them with my Polychromos pencils and the black glaze pen. I have die-cut the bunnies with the Hoppiness die-set from Gerda Steiner designs. I have cut 4 little cards from white cardstock.With the Crea-nest-lies XXL 50 from Crealies I have die-cut 4 sqaures from pink and purple design paper from the Graphic grid pastels paperpad from My favorite things. With a Heart die set I have cut hearts out of those squares. I adhered the design paper with foamtape on the fronts of the cards and then I adhered the bunnies with foamtape inside the holes. I tried to make each card a bit different.

On some of the cards the sentiment was too big for the front of the card, so I decided to stamp it on the inside of the card.

These sentiments are also from the stampset Hoppiness from Gerda Steiner designs. I also added some die-cut hearts.

Larissa - Hoppiness

Hello everyone, I am Larissa from the blog Car-d-elicious and today is my second time guestdesigning for Gerda Steiner designs. I got the set Hoppiness from Gerda to make some cards with. This time I decided to use the cute bird instead of one of the bunnies on the set.

This funny bird is from the set Hoppiness from Gerda Steiner designs. I stamped the bird 6 times and then I colouored them with my Polychromos pencils and the black glaze pen. I have cut 6 circles out of a piece of kraft cardstock with the Stans X-tra no. 7 die from Crealies. I adhered the kraft cardstock with foamtape on black cardstock and then I adhered the birds inside the circles. The sentiment is from the set Happy hoppy from Gerda Steiner designs. With a black fineliner I doodled a line on the kraft cardstock. On a kraft card I adhered a stripf of rainbow striped design paper from the Sweet celebrations paperpack from My favorite things and then I adhered the cardstock with the images on my card.

Larissa - Hoppiness

Hi everyone, I am Larissa from Car-d-elcious. Today I am posting a card because I was asked to be a guest designer at Gerda Steiner designs. Gerda draws very lovely stamps, so I was really happy that they asked me to be a guest designer this (and next) week.

The cute stampset Hoppiness from Gerda Steiner designs was send to me to make my cards. It is a really fabulous set with all kinds of lovely bunnies. I immediately knew that I wanted to make a card with a couple of cut out circles. I stamped 3 different bunnies from the set and then I coloured them all with my Polychromos pencils and the black glaze pen and then I fussy cut them all. I have cut 3 circles out of a piece of white cardstock with the Crea-nest-lies XXL 33 from Crealies. With a black pen I added faux stitching on the white cardstock. On a white card I adhered purple gingham paper from the Tiny check paperpad from My favorite things and then I adhered the white cardstock with the circles with foamtape on the card. I adhered the bunnies with foamtape inside the circles. I decorated the card with Sparkling clear sequins 4 mm from Pretty pink posh.

Today I am also posting a second card made with the stamp set Hoppiness from Gerda Steiner designs. It is a really lovely stamp set with all kinds of cute bunnies. The bunny that I used on my card is my favorite, it is such a cutie.

I stamped the little bunny 14 times for this card. I coloured the bunnies with my Polychromos pencils, the black glaze pen and the white gelpen and then I fussy cut all the images. With the Crea-nest-lies XXL 49 and 50 from Crealies I first cut a square from white cardstock and then I cut a circle out of it. On a white card I adhered a piece of pink gingham paper from the Tiny check brights paperpad from My favorite things and then I adhered the white square with foamtape on the card. Inside the circle I stamped a sentiment from the set and then I adhered all the bunnies with foamtape inside the circle. I decorated the card with Sparkling clear sequins 4 mm from Pretty pink posh.

I had 2 bunnies left over and those I adhered on the inside of the card on a strip of pink gingham design paper. I stamped the sentiment another time on the design paper.

Guest Designer - Unforgettable Birthday

Hi there everyone!

I'm Diana from Moments of Creativity and this is my last post as a guest designer for this fabulous team. That is why I decided to greet you all with a cheerful card which will come in handy for any birthday and is very easy to make:

Now let's get right to 10 steps which will help you to create such a card:

1. Start off by cutting 3 circles on your panel. 

2. Once this is done, stamp different small images from Moody Unicorns Clear Stamp Set around the circles leaving some space for a sentiment. 

3. Mask these images off. 

4. Create an ink blended background and spritz some water on the panel to get the spots.

5. Remove the masks and let the background dry for a while.

6. Stamp bunnies from Hoppiness Clear Stamp Set onto a piece of paper and color them with any coloring supplies you prefer (I did it with my Copics).

7. Once the panel is dry, color the images on it.

8. Add some ink on the card base as well.

9. Glue the panel to the card base and place the bunnies into the circles.

10. Stamp a sentiment to finish off the card.

Pretty simple, isn't it?

And once again these super cute bunnies from the recently released Hoppiness Stamp Set helped us to create a new different project. Like I was saying, the range of use of this stamp set is extensive:)

Guest Designer - Peek A Boo

Hello everyone!

I'm Diana from Moments of Creativity and I'm back with another card featuring a very cute and recently released Hoppiness Clear Stamp Set which includes lots of super cute bunnies that are perfect for any project.

And here is what I came up with this time:

Yes, this stamp set is perfect for making newborn baby cards. It includes a little bunny that can be used as a newborn baby boy or just add a self drawn bow and you'll get a girl 😊

I started off by creating ink blended background. First I colored the sky, then the bushes, and once I put them together, I spritzed some water on the panel to get these spots. Once this was done, I stamped bunnies and a butterfly onto a piece of paper and colored them with my Copics. After fussy cutting the images, I put all the elements together and stamped the sentiment. To finish off the card I added a couple of sequins on the front bush . And that's how this project was created 😃

And for those who was patient enough to read through the first part of my post, I have a bonus shaker tag to share with you:

Hoppiness Stamp Set turned out to be a perfect one for creating tags, especially the ones that have a shaker element. Any bunny from this set would perfectly fit into the circle cut and you can make a tag for whatever occasion you like: Valentine's day, birthday, a thank you note, etc. Like I was saying, the range of use of this stamp set is extensive 😉

Guest Designer - Somebunny Like You

Hello everyone!

I'm Diana from Moments of Creativity and I have the huge honor to once again guest design for this super talented team.

For the next couple of weeks I'll be sharing with you some projects of mine featuring the recently released Hoppiness Clear Stamp Set which includes lots of super cute bunnies that are perfect for any project.

Let's start with the first one. Of course, no one can resist putting these little cuties on love themed cards and today's card isn't an exception. So here is what I came up for my Valentine this year:

I started off by creating ink blended background. First I colored the sky, then grass, and once I put them together, I spritzed some water on the panel to create a super-duper effect that I like a lot 😉 

Once this was done, I stamped bunnies, a fence, and a butterfly onto a piece of paper and colored them with my Copics. After fussy cutting the images, I put all the elements together and stamped the sentiment. I added a couple of sequins to finish off the card. And that's how this project was created 😃

Well, I though that I should add some other present next to the card and decided to make a bookmark with the help of the same stamp set. And now, without further ado, here is my bookmark to hopefully give you some inspiration:

Like I was saying, the range of use of this stamp set is extensive and I will try to show at least some of them😃

Guest Designer Hazel with a couple of Cards...

 Hi Everyone,

Im Hazel (Didos Designs) and Im here today to share with you some cards using the new Hoppiness  release stamp set.

Thank You to Gerda and Macy for having me aboard this month. I was very impressed with the quality of the stamps, they have printed out beautifully. I was also very impressed with how quickly the stamps arrived to me in Scotland. 

My first creation was a card and candle set. I thought it would be a nice spring gift for someone.  

(inside of the card using one of the stamp sentiments) 

I coloured the Girl Bunny in with promarkers for both the card and candle. 

 My second creation was a more masculine one. I love the little Owl stamp and couldnt miss out playing with him along with all the cute bunnies. 

My wee owls are coloured with promarkers and prismacolor pencils for added depth. 

I hope you like these creations.  There are more details of how I made the cards and the candle (I have a wee tutorial of how to decorate them)  over on my blog.
