Fa-la-la-llamas - It's the most wonderful time of the year

Hi everyone, I am Larissa from Car-d-elicious and today I am posting a new project on the blog from Gerda Steiner designs. This time I have made a card for my Memory dex. It is a card in christmas style, because christmas is approaching fast. ;)

On my card I have used 2 images from the digital stampset Fa-la-la-llamas from Gerda Steiner designs. I have coloured the images with my Polychromos pencils, the black glaze pen and a white gelpen. I have fussy cut the images.

With the Stencil SL120 from Studio light I have die-cut my memory dex card from black cardstock. The bottom part from the red and white patterned paper from the Candy land paper pack (retired) from My favorite things is cut with the same dies. I have tied white embroidery thread around it and then I glued it with foamtape on the black card. I have stamped a sentiment and the snowflakes from the stampset Seasons tweetings (retired) from Winnie & Walter with Versamark ink on the card and then I embossed the image with white embossingpowder. Then I glued the images on the card. I doodled a line around the edge of the card with a black fineliner.

Hi everyone, I am Larissa from Car-d-elicious and today I am posting a new project on the blog from Gerda Steiner designs. This time I have made a card for my Memory dex

On the card I have used the digital stamp Snowman and birds from Gerda Steiner designs. With a black fineliner I have drawn the snowhills a bit longer, so they have the perfect size for my card. Then I have coloured the image with my Polychromos pencils and the black glaze pen. I have die-cut the bottom part of the image with the Stencil SL120 from Studio light and then I have fussy cut the upper part of the image. I used the same die to cut a card for my memory dex from blue shimmer cardstock. I have glued the image with foamtape on the blue card. I have stamped a sentiment from the stampset Handletter - text x-mas small (130501/1812) from Craft emotions with Versamark ink on the card and then I embossed it with white embossingpowder. Then I added snow on the card with white sticker dots. I applied Clear sparkle embossing glitter (WS15r) from Wow on parts of the image to give it some extra sparkle. :)

Too cute to spook! - Larissa

Hi everyone, I am Larissa from Car-d-elicious and today I am posting a new project on the blog from Gerda Steiner designs and this time I made a card for my Memory dex. It has been a while since I made a card for it and I really should do it more often. It is real fun to create something on a tiny card.

I have made a halloween card for the month of october and I have used the clear stamp set Peekin' pumpkin kitty from Gerda Steiner designs. I have coloured the image with my Distress inks. I use those inks often for my backgrounds, but they are also very fun to use to colour image itself . I should do that also more. ;) After I coloured the image, I have fussy cut it.
With the Stencils SL120 from Studio light I have die-cut the base for my memory dex card from orange cardstock and I used the same dies to cut the layer from patterned paper from the Essential black & white paper pack from Altenew. On a strip of white cardstock I have stamped a sentiment from the set Too cute to spook from Reverse confetti and then I doodled some lines on it with a black fineliner. I glued the strip on the card and then I glued the image with foamtape on the card. I have die-cut a couple of stars from orange cardstock with the Confetti creative cuts from Mama elephant and glued those around the image.

Easter bunnies on a Memory dex card - Larissa

Hi everyone, I am Larissa from Car-d-elicious and today today I am posting a new creation on the blog from Gerda Steiner designs. This time I made a card for my Memory dex.

Today I used a freebie digital stamp. This is the Easter bunnies digital stamp from Gerda Steiner designs. I have coloured the image with my Polychromos pencils and the black glaze pen and then I have fussy cut the image. I love this advantage of digital stamps, you are able to print the image in the perfect size so it can even fit on a tiny Memory dex card. I only had to use a black fineliner to add some more grass border.
I have die-cut my Memory dex card with the Stencils SL120 from Studio light. I have die-cut the second layer from purple design paper from the Classic gingham paperpad from Sunny studio. I have die-cut the upper layer from white cardstock and then I have coloured it with Tumbled glass, Broken china en Faded jeans distress ink. I have die-cut a little sun and a couple of clouds from white cardstock with the Craftables CR1459 from Marianne design. I coloured the sun with Wild honey and Spiced marmelade distress ink and then I glued them all on the sky. I have glued the image with foamtape on the Memory dex card.

Gerda Steiner designs - My first memory dex card with Turtly great

Goodmorning, today I am posting a new project on the blog from Gerda Steiner designs. This time I have made a card for my Memory dex. At the moment these are a big hype in the Netherlands and since I thought it would be fun to make cards for the Memory dex I also purchased one. I think it is a nice way to try new techniques, but it is also perfect for making little scenes like I did today.

On my memory dex card I have used stams from the set Turtly great from Gerda Steiner designs. I have coloured the images with my Polychromos pencils and then I have fussy cut them all. My memory dex card is made with the Stencils SL120 from Studio light. I have die-cut the same shape from green design paper and then I have die-cut it with the Grassy hills from My favorite things to make a grass edge. For the sky I used lightblue design paper. Both papers are from the Gingham-linen rainbow petite prints from Doodlebug. I have die-cut a couple of mini clouds from white cardstock with the Mini clouds from Memory box (retired) and I adhered those in the sky I have die-cut a couple of flowers from yellow design paper and decorated those with orange enamel dots from the Enamel stickers Sending sunshine from Create a smile stamps. The sentiment is from the set So to speak from Clearly besotted stamps.
