Today I am popping in to share with you a card I made using the gorgeous
"Valentine penguins" stamp set...
I had a seen a fun technique done recently using adhesive covered in sequins for a fun background and I thought it would be perfect to pop behind the penguin flying with his balloon so I had to give it a go....!!
This penguin stamp set is perfect for any occasion...
they are just adorable!!
