Decorating penguin - Larissa

Hi everyone, I am Larissa from Car-d-elicious and today it is my turn again to post something on the blog from Gerda Steiner designs. This time I have made a christmas tag. Christmas is coming soon and my nephews always love it when I add a nice tag on their presents. On the tag I have used the digital stamp Decorating penguin from Gerda Steiner designs. I have coloured the image with my Polychromos pencils and the black glaze pen and then I have fussy cut the image.

I have made a tag with the Tag along dies from Heffy doodle. I have cut the outer edge from red cardstock and the patterned paper is from a paper bloc from Action. I have stamped a sentiment from the set Simple script from Clearly besotted stamps on white cardstock. I have cut the words with the Snijmallen smalle tekststrips from Carlijn design and then I glued it on the patterned paper. I made a shakertag, and used star sequins for the shakers. The image is glued on the tag with foamtape.

Merry Little Gift Box

Howdy all!  Allison Cope here! Happy Thursday!

My son informed a few days ago that his class was doing a small gift exchange. He told me that he’d like to do some with Jelly Bellies candies so we went out and purchased a bag of them the other night. We had discussed hitting up one of the dollar stores and finding a nice jar but I thought wouldn’t it be fun to create a package for them!

So I found a sheet of cardboard in my stash that was big enough for all the pieces I’d need to create the box. I cut all the pieces for the box sides, bottom and lid and then wrapped them all in a festive red striped patterned paper.  Then I measured each side and sized 4 image panels for each side of the box using the incredible digital stamps we have!

The front panel included the sweet Santa and bunny from the Santa and Three Friends Christmas

The next panel features the adorable little penguin and tree from the Decorating Penguin

The third panel is adorned by the tangled up reindeer from the November/December 2016 Digital Stamp Bundle

And finally, the fourth panel includes the adorable little penguin and holiday tree from the Holiday with Gifts and Penguins Collection

And for the final touches, I included one of our three FREE holiday tags from the 3 Gifttags digital stamp set…

And the topper on the lid is a fun sparkly snowflake!

Thanks for stopping by!  I hope I’ve inspired you to create today!  Until next time… happy creating!

~ Ally ~

Season's greetings - Larissa

Hi everyone, I am Larissa from Car-d-elicious and today I am posting a new card on the blog from Gerda Steiner designs.

I have made a card with the digital stamp Decorating penguin from Gerda Steiner designs. With a black fineliner I doodled lines on the white cardstock. I have diecut a little banner from red dotted patterned paper from the Red devil paper pack from Bazzil basics with the Crea-nest-lies XXL 59 from Crealies and I used the Tiny attacher from Tim Holtz to adhere it on the white cardstock. Merry and bright with decorating penguin

Hi, Margreet here.
With this card I want to wish you all a Merry Christmas.
I created this X-mas card with the sweet digital stamp 'Decorating Penguin' from Gerda Steiner Designs
I started with printing the sweet image.
Then I colored it with Copics and decorated the tree with rhinestones.
I searched in my stack and found a die which could be used as a tree.
I attached a piece of DP with trees on white cardstock and put the die cut on top of it.
 Enjoy your day!
xxx Margreet

The base card is a piece of printed paper.
Adhere image to base card.

I hope you have a great day

Decorating Penguin Impossible Card with Karla

Hello! Karla here today with a cute card using a fun 'Impossible Card Fold' and the adorable Decorating Penguin digital stamp from the Gerda Steiner Designs Shop! The Impossible card is so easy, created from a single base of 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" cardstock, but looks so complicated. If you're wanting to create one, just search on YouTube for a tutorial - there are lots.

I coloured this cute stamp up with Copics and Prismacolor Markers, both alcohol based, and cut him out leaving a small white border. A little white gel pen adds some highlights. I added some evergreen tree washi tape and a sentiment stamped on a diecut circle. The paper is from the Canvas Corp Jolly Christmas collection.

I embossed a snowy background on the white cardstock behind him and added some clear sparkly Tattered Angels mist before popping him up with foam dots and adding some sequins.

Thanks so much for stopping by today! Be sure to head over to the Gerda Steiner Designs Shop to check out this adorable Decorating Penguin digital stamp - he'll definitely make someone's day!

Hugs & Merry Christmas,
đŸ’—Karla
