Video: Dry Embossing Using Dies + DIY Rainbow Wave
Hello guys! This is Emily Cupely and for today's video I made a shaker card where I used the cute Unicorns stamp set. In the video I show you how I did the dry embossing in the background using my dies and the rainbow on which the unicorn is walking. I hope you enjoy it! :)

Happy summer!!
Hi there!!
It's Yolanda here, from Scraping Time. I came back from Lisboa a few days ago and I am spending the second part of my holidays on the beach, on the South of Spain, and that's why I am completely abduced by colourful combos, fresh food and happiness!!
Today I am going to show you the first of three cards made with the new unicorns. I am in love to these cuties!! Maybe one of my favourite sets from Gerda. They are amazing!!
I think the sentiments from the set are awesome but since they are for Birthdays I decided to use the images for other occasions in orther to show that these unicorns are so versatile that you can use them for any kind of card.
But before showing you the card, let me show you something. Do you remember this guy??
The sentiment is a die from Winnie & Walter and I inked it with Distress Inks before adding a good coat of Wink of Stella Clear. I also put it on the watermelon.
As you can see, the original image is this on the corner:
I used a colourful card base to add some colour to my white panel. I added some enammels and the second part of the sentiment with white embossing powder.
I hope you enjoyed and see you soon with more unicorns!!

It was a digital stamp from Gerda from last summer! I coloured the image but I never made a card with him. I think this stamp is adorable and I never forgot it so I decided to scraplift it with my unicorn in my card. For that, I used a watermelon from Lawn Fawn and I fussy cut it in order to make the bite. I thought it was a good idea to use the one with teeth!
The sentiment is a die from Winnie & Walter and I inked it with Distress Inks before adding a good coat of Wink of Stella Clear. I also put it on the watermelon.
As you can see, the original image is this on the corner:
I stamped it twice and I fussy cut the legs to put around the watermelon pretending it was bigger than it actually is. I used a glue dot to adhere it to the card. I also stamped twice the watermelon and put one inside.
I hope you enjoyed and see you soon with more unicorns!!

VIDEO: Watercoloring a Galaxy Background
Happy Friday, friends! It's Tara from Curl E. Cue's and today's set of cards is full of all kinds of watercolor, galactic fun! I just keep coming back to these super cute space themed stamp sets from Gerda Steiner Designs! When you have both Blast Off and Alien Invasion the possibilities are just endless!
Today I tried my hand at creating a galaxy background using watercolors. My inspiration for these cards came from Heather over at Houses Built of Cards. She does these amazing ink blended backgrounds behind black and white stamped images and I really wanted to try it! So I went with galaxies behind fun aliens and rockets and stuff!
The trick to these backgrounds is truly just practice! I think that my third card turned out way better than my first one as I figured out how much of the colors I like showing through and how the paint layered on top of itself. Check out the video to see how I created each one! I do love that I used the same technique and each card looks really different!
Thanks so much for stopping by today and I hope you all have a fabulous weekend! See you next time! Bye!

Surprise birthday party with the Unicorns!
Hello everyone! It's Wiebke here today!
What about a surprise birthday party with some colorful unicorns?! :)
I simply stamped and masked off four unicorns on my card basis, placed a sheet of vellum on top of it (you'll get a blurry effect, so that the pink unicorn is more like the focal point) and placed my little banner above the funny pink unicorn in front of the card. When you add an action wobble behind him, it's much more fun! :)
Oh how I love these adorable unicorns! They're so fun!
Have a great day!

I'm a lucky duck to have you!
Hi there!!
It's Yolanda here, from Scraping Time. Is it so hot around there? Here in the South of Spain it is and that's why I felt like using this duck... Imaging that he just came back from having a good swim!!
I thought I seldom make cards for "any ocassion". I mean... I make Christmas cards, Birthday's cards, etc but this card is for those that you love and just to say they are important for you!!
It´s a quick card. You have only to pay attention when you do some masking in the three balloons. In the beginning I thought I was going to colour them but finally I did some paper piecing with decorated papers
Isn't this duck so cute??? I would take him home, for sure!!
I love this sentiment and if you want to use it with any other image, you can mask some parts of it and just ink "I'm lucky to have you". I love playing with my stamps and giving them different uses.

VIDEO: Blending a Copic Rainbow featuring Unicorns
Happy Friday! It's finally here! I don't know about you guys but I am so relieved. I had moments this week where I was worried my friend Friday would never get here! I'm Tara from Curl E. Cue's and I am so super excited about today's project! This new Unicorns stamp set is just dreamy! And as soon as I saw it I just knew that my glitter paste was coming out to play. Because nothing screams UNICORN like some sparkle, right?!
I started by mixing some Sugar Glitter Paste with different colors of Distress Inks and applying it over a stencil directly onto my card bases. I love that you can get any color you can imagine by using this technique!
Then I colored in the super stinking cute waving unicorn from the stamp set. The really fun part was using a rainbow of markers to blend his mane! This was the first time I had tried blending Copics that were not in the same color family and I had so much fun! Check out the video below to catch all the tips I picked up while I colored.
Some fun and bright frames, a little glossy accents and three rounded corners (my kiddo's idea - she claims it is the next big trend in card making) and these puppies are done! I had so much fun with this adorable Unicorns stamp set! Thank you all so much for stopping by and I'll catch you next time! Have a great weekend! Bye!

Happy Birthday Human with Guest Designer Justine Hovey
Hi Crafters,
I'm Justine and I am guest designing today here at GSD Stamps. I am super excited about this opportunity to use these stamps - they are just too cute!
A little bit about myself. My name is Justine and I am originally from Canada but currently living in Edinburgh, Scotland. I am a teacher by profession but have kept a crafty blog and YouTube channel for quite some time now as a sort of "second job". I enjoy crafting, reading and traveling or just wondering the streets of Europe and getting lost in them.
I have created a YouTube video on how to make this card - a sort of step-by-step tutorial if you are interested in recreating a galaxy background or this card itself. A big thank you to GSD Stamps for contacting me and letting me know about their awesome stamps! Can't wait to make something else with these babies! If you liked what I created, don't forget to follow me on Instagram (@justinehovey), subscribe to my YouTube channel or like my Facebook page.
