Have a Lemonade with this Cool Mouse Digital Stamp

Greetings everyone! It's me again, Jessie Scott (@chevy.scott on IG) here to share a fun card with the new Stay Cool - Mouse with Drink digital stamp set. This digital comes with a ready-to-go printable to make a quick card to color and give, or you can take the image like I did and use it for any card you like!

I LOVE digital stamps because you can size them to fit anything in your craft stash. I had this fun Adirondack chair from Simon Says Stamp I never used and I thought this little guy would be cute having a lemonade on the beach! I sized him juuuuuuuuust right to sit comfy in my chair :-).

I colored this critter with my OLO Markers
I challenged myself to use more older things from my stash like this Hero Arts layered stamp background. I used some older Stampin' Up inks for the water layers and then Antique Linen Distress Ink for the sand.
Now we have a scene for the mouse to enjoy! I added some colorful starfish from Trinity Stamps embellishments to give a little extra pop of color to the card.

I found a fun play on words for a custom sentiment to print when I printed the digital stamp. I hope you have a SQUEAKING good summer!

See you again soon!

Hedgehog with Ice Cream Shape Card

Greetings everyone! It's me again, Jessie Scott (@chevy.scott on IG) here to share a shape card with the new Hedgehog with Ice Cream digital stamp set. This digital comes with a ready-to-go printable to make a quick card to color and give, or you can take the image like I did and use it for any card you like!

I hope you didnt miss last week's post with wild hair!
This time I chose some more traditional colors haha. Coloring video later in the post!

I used the same sentiment as my last card because it was just TOO GOOD and I can't think of another one haha! This time I wanted the appearance of the sentiment resting on his feet. I cut out extra feet and just placed them on top! Easy Peasy!

I sized the digital stamp to be the full 5-1/2" height of a card.

I made this card into a shape card with a quick and easy use of my Brother Scan n Cut. I have a CM350, but the steps will be similar for any model. You can also use any other electric cutter by using the same technique in their tool to take the outline of your digital image, duplicate it, and then meld the two together to form a card base in that shape.

Here's a step by step video I made to show you how easy it is!

Want to see all the OLO Marker colors I used? Here's a coloring video as well!

See you again soon!
